8-WEEK YOUTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Empowering Youth Through Financial Literacy, Strength & Conditioning, and Leadership

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The 8-Week Youth Mentorship Program is designed to equip young individuals with essential life skills through financial literacy education, strength and conditioning training, and leadership development. By combining hands-on learning with mentorship, participants will gain the knowledge, confidence, and discipline to make informed financial decisions and improve their physical well-being.

 

This program provides a well-rounded experience that fosters personal responsibility, goal setting, and resilience — helping participants build a strong foundation for success in both their personal and professional lives.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Week 1: Orientation and Goal Setting:

📌 Objective: Introduce program goals, establish group dynamics, and define personal aspirations.

Week 5: Investment Basics & Functional Training

Week 6: Career Planning & Physical Well-Being

Week 7: Financial Independence & Strength Testing
